Club Policy
CLUB POLICYMAKE YOUR CLUB VISIBLE AT CRUISES & SHOWSThe public and prospective members can learn about the NCPC NJ Shore Region only if our club is a visible entity. As a car club it is beneficial for us to participate in events to become known to the public. As individual members, we need to display our club LOGO at car related events.
NEW MEMBERSInvite prospective members to the NEXT MEETING...always the first Tuesday and (or) have them contact a club officer for further details. We hope that they would be free to attend some of our events and have a show car (not required).
COMMUNICATIONThe lifeline of our Region is the monthly Dinner-Cruise-Meeting ...April-October and our Christmas and March Socials. THERE ARE NO ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS! HOWEVER, MEMBERS WHO MISS MEETINGS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTACT OTHER MEMBERS IN ORDER TO KEEP INFORMED OF CLUB ACTIVITY...THIS IS NOT ASKING TOO MUCH.. JUST CONTACT US PLEASE.
NEWSLETTERWe do not have a Regional newsletter. Instead refer to the National "Journal". Some Regional events may be included. Keep the newsletters handy to show prospective members, mark your calendar and refer to our Club web site.

REGIONAL CLUB BY-LAWSClub by-laws are available for viewing at our Evening Dinner Meetings. They are located in the front section of our Photo Album.
REGIONAL AND NATIONAL CLUB WEBSITESRefer to the Regional site to view Club photos, upcoming events etc. PASS IT ON TO PROSPECTIVE MEMBERS. Also refer to the link to our National Club for articles, membership info, selling/buying items, company store, etc. OUR GOAL FOR THE REGIONAL SITE IS TO KEEP IT FREE FROM CLUTTER, SEND A FOCUSED MESSAGE TO THE VIEWER AND KEEP THE SITE SIMPLE TO MAINTAIN! If you come across car related articles (other car club info, political agenda, musical greeting cards, items for sale,) it is recommended to continue the current successful practice for you to simply email individual club members who might share that interest.
QUESTIONS REGARDING THE CLUB OR CLUB EVENT? Please contact Mike Riebe or in the case of a club event, the Event Host for an accurate reply to your question.
INTERESTED IN HOSTING A REGION EVENT?If an opportunity comes up in your community that you would like your Region to be involved in...(grand opening, car display, parade, car show, event with another club, picnic, bar-b-que, road tour, etc.) consider being an Event Host and co-ordinate that activity with our Club! Criteria to Consider... Would it be of interest to our Membership? Would the activity conflict time-wise with another local car related event? Is there enough time to PROMOTE IN ADVANCE the event? (notification of club members, printing up a flyer with directions etc.). Contact Mike Riebe to discuss specific details. Remember, the Membership enjoys events featuring their MOPARS. Details to an adequate parking location for their vehicles is important!
